Positions

Clinical Operation Manager

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the development, implementation and completion of a clinical trial to meet the clinical development plan on time and within budget.
• Contribute to development of Protocol Concept Sheet and Clinical Study Protocol.
• Interview and make selection of study vendors and CROs for clinical trial, and oversee and manage study vendors and CROs throughout the entire clinical trial.
• Facilitate clinical study team meetings and manage other internal/external trial-related meetings.

Qualifications:

• BS degree in life science or the related field
• 3+ years clinical trial management experience in biopharmaceutical companies or clinical research institutes
• Strong leadership skills and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
